Join the team at MODE Kitchen & Bar this Christmas Eve for a three-course festive feast. With a set menu, including choice of entrée, main and dessert and optional beverage package add-on. The carefully curated menu combines the decadence of Christmas dinner with modern Australian flavours and the finest locally sourced ingredients.
Start with a refreshing burrata accompanied by heirloom tomatoes & basil, shift to a main of dry-aged, roasted duck breast, with spinach and festive, seasonal Tasmanian cherries and complete your evening with our signature frozen pavlova. Full menu here.
