- Work out like crazy, “no time to workout” is no longer an excuse.
- Read a book.
- Learn a new skill.
- Take an online course.
- Max out your movie subscription. Netflix, Disney+, prime video etc. There is a plethora of options.
- Learn to cook or learn a new dish. Buy a cook book online or find a great recipe on youtube.
- Make a list of the top 5 things to fix or clean around the house.
- Walk for 20 minutes everyday.
- Practice gratitude and write a bunch of "thank you" notes.
And lastly, be grateful for what you have, don’t worry about the things you cannot control and say a prayer for the people who are most affected by this.
