Contact tracing is an effective way to help stop the spread of COVID-19. That's why it's mandatory that you check-in when you visit pubs, restaurants, casinos or cafes.
You can now use the Service NSW app for contactless check-in when you visit a business who uses a NSW Government QR code.
You don't have to write out your details, just scan the business' unique QR code using the camera on your phone and follow the prompts. It's easy and secure.
Your details will only be kept for 28 days and only be used for contact tracing. You'll be notified if there's an outbreak at a location you've checked in to.
