Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) invites Artists with a lived experience of mental illness to register their artwork for display at the 2021 Recovered Futures Art Exhibition, an iconic Queensland Mental Health Week event.
Registrations are open to Artists who:
- have a personal lived experience of mental illness, or
- are a family member and/or carer of someone with a lived experience, or
- are a provider of voluntary support to someone with lived experience.
Proudly hosted by RFQ, the Art Exhibition will be held in the Toowong Room, Brisbane City Hall, from Saturday 9-Friday 15 October 2021.
This wonderful event showcases striking and unique art alongside Artists' personal experiences of hope and recovery. With the effect the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the community, there has never been a time where mental health has been more widely discussed. The Recovered Futures Art Exhibition aims to increase awareness of mental illness and its prevalence, as well as educate the community about the impact of mental health and wellbeing in everyone's lives.
If you are an avid Artist who meets the eligibility criteria and would like to register your work for display at this iconic event, register now by completing the online registration form.
Registrations close by 11:59pm 27 June 2021.

Artwork is to be available for sale.
Artwork is to be delivered to selected RFQ locations by Friday 6 August 2021. (Registered artists will be contacted by RFQ to discuss delivery options by 6 July 2021.)
