Chef de Cuisine; Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef; Kumiko Endo have created a unique dining experience that includes vibrant seasonal ingredients inspired by the sights, sounds and colours of the Vivid Sydney.
Revel in signature dishes including dry-aged duck with pumpkin puree, caramelised figs, pickled rhubarb, anise and myrtle dressing or flounder with salmon roe, chervil, Australian native herbs and smoked beurre blanc.
As the light show illuminates the sails of Sydney Opera House, ignite your senses with the mesmerising Yuzu Mousse with chamomile meringue, sunrise lime and apricot.
Priced at AUD 135 per person for the two-course menu. Sommelier wine pairing is available for an additional AUD 65 per person and an iconic wine pairing is available from AUD 95 per person.
