Angler is proud to be South Australia's first and only fully sustainable and ethical fish and chippery. Its supply chain is extremely short and unique: only what's needed is taken and the Angler team speaks with local fishers while they're on the water to ensure quality and provenance.
Two sessions of this Tasting Australia event will be held: Wednesday 5 May at 10am and Thursday 6 May at 4pm. Guests will take home a better understanding of our precious local seafood supplies - and how Angler is working to spark curiosity and conversation about the importance of a sustainable catch.
