Kick back and relax in the sun-filled bar whilst sipping on Aperol cocktails expertly mixed by COPPA, and feast on bar snacks served by some of Brisbane's favourite restaurants at Eagle Street Pier.
The iconic orange drink - Aperol Spritz - is unmistakably fresh and bittersweet, lighting up toasts, and will add extra joy to summer moments at Brisbane's premier dining precinct.
Eagle Street Pier's Aperol Spritz pop-up bar will be the place to be through the festive season, complemented by delectable food from COPPA, Fatcow Steak & Lobster, Rico Bar & Dining, and City Winery who will each have a selection of bar favourites, small plates and nibbles available to order direct to the pop-up bar.
The Aperol Spritz pop-up bar will operate at Eagle Street Pier in the Northshore forecourt (opposite City Winery) Wednesdays - Saturdays, 12-7pm daily.
