The iconic orange drink - Aperol Spritz - is unmistakably fresh and bittersweet, lighting up toasts, and will add extra joy to summer moments at Brisbane's premier dining precinct.
Eagle Street Pier's Aperol Spritz pop-up bar will be the place to be through the festive season, complemented by delectable food from COPPA, Fatcow Steak & Lobster, Rico Bar & Dining, and City Winery who will each have a selection of bar favourites, small plates and nibbles available to order direct to the pop-up bar.
The Aperol Spritz pop-up bar will operate at Eagle Street Pier in the Northshore forecourt (opposite City Winery) Wednesdays - Saturdays, 12-7pm daily.
