Take some time out for yourself to explore your imagination, tend to your inner world, and connect genuinely with others.
As we enter into autumn in Australia we will be exploring transitions and letting go. What does this time of year mean to you?
There will be guided meditation, art-making, and group sharing. You don't need to be an artist of any kind to join. You will need a pen and paper and any art supplies that you have around the house (pastels, watercolour, crayons, etc).
Please be aware spaces are limited.
