Join these guided workshops to play, express and reflect on your feelings in a safe, non-judgmental group setting.
You'll be lead through a therapeutic directive to help guide your expression and self-reflection. The directive is there to help you navigate your feelings in a safe, non-judgmental group setting. It's a bit like guided meditation but art-making!
The art therapy session is led by qualified, artist, counsellor and art psychotherapist Emma Fitzgerald. Emma is graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2013 at UNSW AD, and completed a Master of Art Therapy in 2020 at UWS.
After-school snacks provided
