Want to learn how to say no (or yes) and not feel bad, guilty or anxious?

Assertive communication can strengthen your relationships, including your relationship with yourself, reducing stress from conflict and providing you with the ability to cope and handle difficult conversations and situations.

Each class, Bishop Laryea, from the City of Sydney leads this class. All participants engages in role play exercises to learn the 6 assertive communication tools in the program. The role play exercises revolves around real life situations. This will help you greatly in putting assertiveness into actual practice.
