An icon of the alt-pop music world, AURORA has amassed more than 20-million monthly listeners on Spotify and a million-plus global album sales since bursting on to the music scene in 2015. With an otherworldly cool, she combines electro-pop with Nordic folk, and pure soaring vocals, creating music that covers themes ranging from global capitalism and the environmental crisis to love, shame, desire and morality. Growing up surrounded by forests and mountains near Bergen in Norway, Aurora Aksnes began creating music at the age of six and this year reached the UK Top 10 chart with her album The Gods We Can Touch.
