To commemorate National Reconciliation Week, the façade of Australian Parliament House will be illuminated in moving shapes and colours depicting ancient Australian landscapes. The illumination is inspired by the artwork of acclaimed artist Keturah Zimran OAM.
Keturah Zimran OAM is an Arrernte, Luritja and Pintupi artist. Her artwork Puli Puli - The Rocks (2019) represents the landscape's eroded forms, organic shapes and rock formations that can be found in and around Haasts Bluff in the Northern Territory.
Her artwork has a distinctive and bold style that is renowned both nationally and internationally.
