Bands in Parks presents Serving Swing.

The University of Queensland Big Band are sure to heat up this winter evening with jazz scores by established legends and exciting emerging artists. Though comprised of students and alumni who major in a range of academic fields, members of the band all share a passion for jazz and contemporary art music. This innovative and aspiring large jazz ensemble became the first Australian Big Band to be featured at the New York International Music Festival, performing at Carnegie Hall. This is a set you don't want to miss.

Enjoy a glass of wine and a meal from Baseline Café as you enjoy an evening of favourite tunes as the sun sets.
