Beyond the Verandah, a solo exhibition by Lynne Thomas, brings into focus the unassuming flowers of the street trees, invasive weeds and nocturnal flowers of the Wide Bay-Burnett Region of Queensland. Thomas’ selection of watercolours reveals their beauty and the ephemerality they hold.
Beyond the Verandah is supported by The Regional Arts Development Fund, a partnership between the Queensland Government and Bundaberg Regional Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
Beyond the Verandah will open alongside other exhibitions: On Show - The Four Elements by Canberra Art Workshop and Colour Coding by Michael Carroll Goudge.
