The City of Adelaide invites you to join one of our Bird Rambles at the G S Kingston Park / Wirrarninthi (Park 23). Guided by Birds SA experts, during this easy walk you will discover the remarkable variety of birds that occur in the Adelaide Park Lands. There will be two Bird Rambles, taking approximately 1 hour, with a 2.1km walk included.
The first is at 9.30am and the second at 11:00 am. We will meet at the entrance of G S Kingston Park / Wirrarninthi (Park 23) (the carpark at Catholic Cemetery Road - off Sir Donald Bradman Drive).
Binoculars will be provided, but please bring a pair with you if you have them and don't forget your camera! Please wear appropriate shoes and bring plenty of water. The event will only be cancelled in extreme weather so please dress for the conditions forecast on the day.
We require details for each person attending as per COVID-19 restrictions. Social distancing will be in place and hand sanitiser will be provided. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
