During this rebirthing retreat/breathwork course you will be guided through breathwork by a trained breathwork practitioner.
Work through stress anxiety and trauma over 2-days with a qualified breath coach.
Enjoy the serenity of the retreat space in a bushland setting & the local attractions.
In addition to these 2-3 day breath workshops we often short classes in person and online.
