Brix Distillers is Sydney's premier dedicated rum distillery. Opening in 2018, we set out to create a quintessentially Australian rum by sourcing the best quality Australian ingredients.
We're putting the craft into craft spirits with our Brix & Brushes class, an intimate paint and sip experience like no other.
Join us for a guided lesson in watercolor painting at our Surry Hills distillery, including drinks and snacks from the Brix Bar & Kitchen for $90 per person. Happening every month, tickets include all painting materials, a bespoke cocktail, a carafe of our sparkling spritzes (bonus: they're all natural!), and a platter of delicious cheese and charcuterie.
