Learn the perfect chocolate mousse, quick and easy professional looking garnishes and the secret to the shiniest chocolate glaze. Darren will also show you how to layer and construct one of his signature cake creations, Chocolate, Mandarin & Salted Caramel and there will be time for LOTS more chocolatey fun.
During the class you can ask Darren questions using the Q&A function in zoom, and after the class you can put your hand up (virtually of course) to ask Darren questions about the class, his career, and how he comes up with his terrifying dessert challenges on Masterchef.
