Cheryse Zagler Cake & Pastry Design together with El Estanco welcomes you to join us for our sweet tart baking class! In this hands-on class, Cheryse will show you the fundamentals of making your very own seasonal fruit tart including trade secrets. At the end of your class, we will package your creations individually to take home to enjoy with your loved ones. Ticket includes: • Morning tea with our house made pastries and fruit platters • Coffee, a mimosa and a slice of fruit tart made by Cheryse during the class • Tart feeds 8-10 people. What to wear: We will provide each student with an apron to borrow for the day, please wear enclosed footwear. About Cheryse: Pastry Chef, Cheryse Zagler creates magic from the beautiful patisserie nestled within Colombian restaurant El Estanco in Greenock. French taught, she brings to life colourful and delicious cakes and pastries, adorned with botanicals.
