Celebrate Chilli season with a 4- week long Chilli Festival at Madame Hanoi.
From 19th April to 14th May we'll be showcasing the heat and flavour of the not-so-humble chilli special limited-time chilli menu!
11 chilli infused items will join us for the month, ranging in heat, featuring a selection of South Australia grown chillies.
Returning to the menu this year are chilli favourites such as the S.A. king prawns with red habanero, cucumber, may and fresh herbs, as well as our iconic crispy chicken wings with your choice of sauce.
New additions include a crayfish & prawn matcha bao with house-made chilli jam, and grilled pork ribs with master-braised chilli broth.
We've worked-up the perfect spicy accompaniment with two special cocktails joining the menu - Highball Cooler with Gin, St Germain, Aloe Vera, Lime, Mint & Cucumber, or Madame's Martini with Settlers coriander gin, tanqueray & a hint of chilli!
Chilli Festival runs from April 19th to May 14th at Madame Hanoi.
