Every THURSDAY @ 6:30 pm, you can join us Upstairs at Universal - 85-91 Oxford St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. 'Dance Therapy' is your weekly opportunity to leave your woes at the door and have fun!
Leading our 'Dance Therapy' sessions is the incredibly talented Eli Crawford. Having performed with Kylie Minogue, Olivia Newton-John, Tina Arena, RuPaul, Yanis Marshal, and Ke$ha, and even dancing at the Moulin Rouge, Eli brings a wealth of experience and fabulousness to our classes. Get ready to be inspired and have a blast with Eli at 'Dance Therapy'.
Whether you've danced before or are stepping into a dance class for the first time, 'Dance Therapy' is a warm and inclusive community! This isn't a scene from a teen movie where everyone knows the dance routine except you. When we say beginner, we mean it! We're here to provide support every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable and have fun building your confidence.
Our classes start early enough to allow you to dance the night away and still get your beauty sleep. We understand the importance of balance, and our class timings are designed to accommodate your weekday schedule, making it easier for you to prioritise your wellbeing whilst still enjoying dancing at a nightclub.
