The WA Museum has partnered with the Rijksmuseum van Oudheden (RMO) in the Netherlands, the National Museum of Australia, the Queensland Museum, and the Australian Government International Exhibitions Insurance (AGIEI) Program, to bring a collection of treasured Egyptian antiquities to Perth, in an Australian-first.
With a vast history and culture spanning more than 3000 years, Ancient Egypt continues to fascinate people around the world.
Taking visitors on an immersive journey of stunning rare objects on loan from the RMO's significant Egyptian and Nubian collections, the exhibition also includes digital experiences and hands-on activities for all-ages.
