Em George is a singer-songwriter based in Sydney. Her introspective and lyrical songwriting style is interweaved with folk and pop based melodies drawing on influences such as Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell and Nick Drake.
Her releases have all gained traction and critical acclaim for the artist. Her debut EP released in 2017 has been streamed over 350,000 times on Spotify reaching viral status and heavy radio rotation in the Netherlands, the UK and the United States as well as Triple J Unearthed and FBi Radio.
Sam McEwen is a singer-songwriter based in Sydney, Australia. You might recognise him from such acts as The S-Bends or Bland. He tries to sound like the Go-Betweens, but you can be the judge of that. He also draws comics. There's an album on the way.
Grand Days is a treasure trove of pre-loved vintage and designer fashion and secondhand books tucked away on William St Kings Cross which doubles as one of Sydney's most interesting and atmospheric live music venues.
