Neil Beedie: 'Chimera Flush'
Exhibition dates: 3 June-11 July
Opening: 3 June, 6-8pm
'All things separate Frank…from amoebas to space modules. Just remember to keep the devil's latrine well stocked' Ginger in The Devils Cleavage

'I arrived early so I'm just sitting in the picture house tracing the folds in the curtains and thinking about how like projections, monsters will often come at us from behind. You know, when we're lost in the dark, groping for a way ahead. I'm thinking about how they're also the perfect places to reveal yourself again - when the house lights start to go down - and I get weirdly shaky, and just as I'm becoming unable to make out where I start and finish, the reel flickers, the screen flashes up and who other than Frank O'Hara just appears like one of those usher's-out-of-nowhere, saying - 'but squashed in the heart of us, surely there are footprints, of all the monsters who have kept us alive??' - That's to say, I never see them coming but when it's all over, we leave together.'
