Sean Penn and Jennifer Jason Leigh star in this coming-of-age high school comedy about sex, drugs, and rock n' roll. The debut feature film from Amy Heckerling (who went on to direct Clueless), Fast Times at Ridgemont High was inspired by the book by Cameron Crowe, who famously went undercover in a Californian high school.
