Christopher Thé: Pastry-Chef, Founder of Blackstar Pastry and the creator of the Strawberry Watermelon cake known as "the most Instagrammed Cake in the World". After training in fine dining restaurants including Bel Mondo, Claude's and Quay, in 2008 Christopher opened his own boutique patisserie, Black Star Pastry, in Newtown. Black Star quickly became a Sydney cult hit. Now focused on the future of food, charity endeavours and his new business 'This is Us', a line of small-batch sourdough goods.
Mariam Mohammed: Co-Founder of MoneyGirl, on a mission to empower and inspire women to become financially independent. She has been recognised by the Financial Review as one of Australia's 100 Women of Influence, and by the State as a 2020 NSW Young Woman of the Year Finalist.
Oliver Twist: Comedian and storyteller, Oliver Twist is one of Australia's most exciting new talents. His recent Griffin Theatre Company show 'Jali' was a critical hit that explored his experience as a refugee and what his life looks like now.
