On Saturday 5 December I will be coming to you guys virtually to share my world of Pilates and answer all your questions. I will be hosting a live workout followed by a complete Fluidform Pilates Masterclass, guiding you through the fundamentals of Pilates and how to properly engage your entire body to achieve the best results.

Postnatal session - specialised Postnatal masterclass to guide you through total recovery and rebuilding strength after pregnancy.

• 10am - Introduction to the Fluidform Masterclass

• 10:15am - a 40-minute specialised Postnatal workout

• 11am - Postnatal Pilates fundamentals training session and Q&A with Kirsten

General session - Fluidform Pilates masterclass designed to guide you through physical alignment and functional movement for optimal results.

• 1pm - Introduction to the Fluidform Masterclass

• 1:15pm - a 40-minute Total Body workout

• 2pm - Pilates fundamentals training session and Q&A with Kirsten

50% of ticket sales will be donated to the Warrior Woman Foundation, to help create positive change for the female population. As a mother of three girls and teacher to many incredible women, female empowerment and independence are values I hold very close to my heart. That's why I have chosen to partner with the incredible Warrior Woman organisation that offers support for vulnerable young women transitioning from care into adulthood, helping them to have a strong support network, healthy female connections and access to education they need to succeed.
