We meet at 8.30am Saturday for a run or walk round Centennial Park.
All abilities are catered for from those who dash it off in 24 minutes to those that take an hour - and we are talking running (some walkers might be quicker).
Then we all meet back at the food van for coffee/food/boasting and gossip. It's as energetic as clubbing but without the hangover.
