Menu
Davidson Plum sorbet with Finger Lime The Davidson Plum sorbet is a rich source of calcium (perfect for our vegan friends), Vitamin E and zinc, with a taste reminiscent of stewed rhubarb. The Finger Lime is an unusual fruit that'll add a zesty vibrancy to your sorbet and a HUGE nutritional punch.
Salted dark chocolate and Wattleseed gelato A little bit nutty (hey, who isn't?!), a little bit spicy, a little bit chocolaty, Wattleseed is the unacknowledged hero of native Australian foods, thanks to its high concentrations of potassium, calcium, iron and zinc. It's also a protein powerhouse! This gelato isn't too sweet, and it's just rich enough to become the next indulgence for any chocolate lover.
Mascarpone gelato and Mountain Pepperberry and Rosella jam The exotic Mountain Pepperberry will add a sprinkle of spice to your life. The Rosella jam has a unique tart flavour reminiscent of rhubarb that goes perfectly with our creamy Mascarpone gelato. Rosella flowers were utilised by Indigenous Australians for generations as a form of nourishment and medicine, given their high antioxidant properties. A total natural stress-killer, you guys!
White Chocolate and Lemon Myrtle gelato with macadamia nuts Bow down to the Queen of lemon herbs! Traditionally used as a healing oil, our chef Matteo Zini found Lemon Myrtle to be a delicious way to add extra flavour to our smooth White Chocolate gelato.
*If there are any food intolerances or allergies, please let us know in advance.
