The markets will feature a huge number of stalls with each market having a different flavour and vibe.

But all will feature high-quality stallholders selling goods as diverse as fashion, toys, gifts, candles, pet accessories, fragrance, soap, homewares, ceramics, photography, art, jewellery, hats, sunglasses, shoes, swimwear, towels and plants.

Shoppers will also find beautiful festive goods ranging from wrapping paper and Christmas cards to puddings, Christmas cakes, trees, ornaments, wreaths, ribbons, decorations, table settings, crackers and plenty more.

And there will be a feast of global food at each market, with shoppers able to relax over pizza, felafel, pho, dumplings, gozleme, burgers, hot wings, skewers, vegan fare, coffee, pastry, meatballs and plenty more.

'There's something about a Christmas market that just brings good cheer,' said Fox. 'People are in great moods, they come out looking to unique gifts for loved ones and also just to have a great day out with the family. There's always plenty of room for kids to roam around, see things, have fun and eat some great food.

'The best thing about markets, too, is that they give a space for tiny micro-retailers to connect with large crowds. If you are one of those people whose relatives have everything, you will be able to find something unique, hand crafted and beautiful at our markets, I guarantee it. Shopping at Christmas markets is a unique alternative to shopping indoors at a shopping centre.'

Fox said it was a real thrill to take markets to so many different locations this year.

'We are really covering the city in 2022,' she said. 'From Pittwater to Croa, we have Sydney covered. It will be an exciting end of year for Cambridge Markets.'
