At Healthstin, we're committed to helping people move better and live healthier lives. That's why we're excited to offer the Healthy Eating Active Lifestyle (HEAL) Program to the Oran Park community — a free, government-funded initiative designed to support lasting health improvements.

What is HEAL?

HEAL is an evidence-based lifestyle program that empowers adults to improve their nutrition, boost physical activity, and make sustainable changes for overall wellbeing.

What You Can Expect Over 8 Weeks:

• 1 hour of lifestyle education each week
• 1 hour of supervised physical activity
• Personalised fitness assessments and goal setting
• One-on-one consultations at the beginning and end of the program
• Ongoing support at 5 and 12 months
• GP check-ins for coordinated care

Cost:

Thanks to funding from the PHN Program, HEAL is completely free for eligible participants.

Location & Schedule:

Sessions for 2025 are now open and will be held at the Oran Park Leisure Centre.
