Join us in 2020 as I Hart Rum returns, bigger and better than ever, with over 20 stalls, showcasing a variety of the very best rums from over 30 distilleries around the globe.Focussing on the rise of Australian rum, bringing you a selection of the very best emerging distilleries from across the country. With an exclusive 45 minute Q&A, you will gain insider knowledge of what to expect from Australian Rum Distilleries in the years to come.

This year we welcome the Internationally renowned Florent Beuchet, the man behind the independent bottler La Compagnie des Indies, and curator of exceptional rum from all around the world.

For the first time, I Hart Rum 2020 is proud to announce the Charity Rum Auction, hosted by none other than Daniel Hilton of The Lobo Plantation, a true rum icon as well as 2019's RumDiary Spiced national cocktail champion. In the auction you will find a range of Rums on offer, with profits from each bottle, assigned to various charities including Beyond Blue, and The Bushfire Foundation.

Aside from our usual host of legends shaking up the classics behind the bar, we also welcome our friends from End & Means, a Fitzroy favourite, who recently scooped up the coveted title of Time Out People's Choice Award. They will be taking over the rooftop bar, serving up their range of sustainable cocktails.

As usual, you will find our courtyard transformed into a one-day exclusive bottle shop fully stocked with hard to find specialty rums, at unbeatable prices. The perfect chance to stock up or add to your collection.
