Gabriel's picture book Norton and the Bear (Berbay Books, 2020) has been shortlisted for the 2021 CBCA Picture Book of the Year award. His latest book, A Human for Kingsley (Hardie Grant Egmont, 2021), follows the journey of a dog trying to find the perfect human to adopt.
