Powerhouse Curator of Iranzamin, Pedram Khosronejad, speaks about Jacques Cadry's contribution to the understanding of Persian carpet's beauty in Australia. This talk will be a joint conversation with members of the Cadry family, followed by a Q&A session.

Dr Mahroo Moosavi will question the habits of thought in the study of Islamic art history by working between different forms of artistic production, and propose an alternate way of discussing art history.

Drawing on the objects displayed in the Iranzamin exhibition, this talk by Dr Peyvand Firouzeh will explore the role that objects, materials, and calligraphy played in the life of Sufis (ie, Islamic mystics).
