Under the guidance of our expert instructor, children will be led through an engaging Kung Fu session tailored to their youthful spirits. Through a series of dynamic and enjoyable movements, they'll enhance their flexibility, strength, and balance while being enveloped in the serene beauty of this oasis.
Beyond mere physical activity, Kids Kung Fu fosters holistic wellness. As they immerse themselves in the art of Kung Fu, children will uncover the profound connection between body and mind, mastering mindfulness techniques that promote focus and inner tranquillity. This experience offers an opportunity for them to detach from screens and reconnect with their inner selves.
The kung-fu classes are perfect for kids aged 5-12 and is happening all week long during the school holidays! With three times to choose from; 11am-11:30am, 12pm-12:30pm, or 1pm-1:30pm, so you don't have to sweat those busy schedules.
Booking are essential and can be made at the front desk on arrival, and is FREE with Garden admission.
