Lana is an award-winning theatre-maker, a puppeteer who's done a stint on Sesame Street and trained with Henson, a storyteller, and a former practitioner of circus arts. It's therefore no surprise that Lovely Lady Lump is a glorious mixture of theatre, comedy and storytelling.
Lana's story is told with a dark streak of humour delivered with the lightest of touch. It's a fun yet moving show that everyone can enjoy, but will speak deeply to anyone who has found themselves or a loved one suddenly thrown into a medical system that's a world away from normal life.
Directed by Sarah Ward & Liz Skitch. This is proudly presented by Serious Comedy and supported by a Maribyrnong City Council Together Apart Grant.
