Sat 25 July 2020 from 9am to 10.30am - Lets Make Chocolate Garnache- FREE event
Sun 2 Aug 2020 from 9am to 10.30am - Full Fondant Demonstration- Ticketed event for a mere $2.99
You'll need 600 grams of dark chocolate, 300 grams heavy cream, a microwave, microwave-safe bowl and a tablespoon for the dark chocolate ganache event. A luscious, smooth and super versatile cake filling, dessert topping or final coat of frosting you can use for cakes and desserts alike. You can participate by getting the ingredients or just standby and watch, taking notes.
The fondant cake demo is Rosie's first ticketed event where you'll learn all things fondant cake (see details on event page ). This event is suited to both beginner and intermediate cake level decorators, and as it's a paid event, your purchased ticket gives you access to the livestream. By the end of the demo, you'll have a professional, engagement worthy white fondant covered cake. This is just the beginning. There'll be more demos to follow, so stay tuned via given links.
