This Lunar New Year, celebrate the Year of the Rabbit at Altitude with all of Sydney fanning out below.
Marvel at Sydney's world-famous landmarks whilst savouring a degustation menu that features the finest local produce from land to sea, created by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi.
You'll be sure to find good fortune with delectable dishes including scorched scallop with slow cooked abalone, poached Murray cod with lemongrass broth, and green tea yuzu tiramisu as the sweetest finale.
Lunar New Year's Degustation Dinner will take place at Altitude on level 36 from 21 January to 5 February 2023.
