This year marks 30 years of The Fred Hollows Foundation. During this time, the foundation changed the lives of tens of thousands of people by giving them the gift of sight, and photographer Michael Amendolia gifted the world the images of it happening.
Micheal's iconic photos came to represent the meaning of charity and the spirit of foreign aid to Australians.
Michael will speak about his transition from photojournalism to working with NGOs, and the shift from creating documentation to inspiration through his photographic practice. You will learn how to take images that inspire empathy and how to use these images to reach your goals and boost your (or your organisation's) presence.
