- Glass of Champagne on arrival
- Three-hour beverage package (beer, wine and soft drinks)
- Roaming canapes, food stations and desserts
- All the action live on three big screens
- Live DJ and host
- Fashions on the Field including prizes for best dresses
- Pre-bookable event, must payable in advance to secure your booking.
- Minimum group size of 2, maximum 12.
- For group bookings of 13 or more, please email zephyrbarsydney@hyatt.com.
- 18+ event Zephyr is a non-smoking venue.
- Dress code: Dress to impress (it's Melbourne Cup after all). No tank tops, no thongs (slippers, sandals).
- Credit/debit card surcharge of 1.6% applies to all payments made at the venue (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, CUP/JCB all accepted).
