As part of Melbourne Cocktail Festival 2020, Mesa Verde are hosting a lucky few to learn some of the secrets behind their signature margaritas.
Be introduced to the world of agave spirits and tequila production, and then embark on an interactive journey of margarita madness where you will learn various techniques to recreate their innovative cocktails at home including infusions, fat-washing, cocktail shaking, salt flavouring and garnishing.
You'll then make two different margaritas yourself with your newfound cocktail skills!
And what's a margarita without some tacos!? The Mesa Verde kitchen will be serving up their tasty guacamole, and pairing up a couple of tacos to tantalise your tastebuds!
Spaces are very limited with only twenty spots!
