We're Helping You Practice Mindfulness at The Botanist this March
The new year is speeding by, so we've teamed up with Lyre's this March to help us check in with ourselves, connect and be present in the moment.
The world has become a busy place and often we find ourselves rushing through life on auto-pilot, without paying attention to the special moments surrounding us, and as a result, we disconnect with the present moment.
Here at The Botanist we already place a great emphasis on Kindness and this March, we want to bring awareness to the importance of practising mindfulness and how it can benefit your everyday life and those around you.
This March, we've partnered with non-alc brand Lyre's to bring mindfulness to our corner in Kirribilli.
Whether you're taking a break from booze or looking to be more conscious of what you drink, Lyre's is the perfect solution. From 'healthy' cocktail specials to mindful tips, crafternoons, and inspirational talks, keep reading to find out what's happening this month.
What's on?
Lyre's Cocktail Specials
Lyre's is the perfect choice for when you want to have a sophisticated, adult drink experience, without the alcohol. This month, our Bar Manager Donovan has created two non-alc cocktails for you to enjoy this March. At $14 why not treat yourself?
Wholesome Food Specials
'You are what you eat' Head Chef Scotty Mills has curated two wholesome dishes to the menu for March!
Mindful Affirmations
Dine with us this March and keep an eye out for our little envelopes with the bill. They include giveaways, freebies & mindful affirmations. Plus, look for our Mindfulness Box in the restaurant and scribble down your mindful thoughts and gratitudes. We will be sharing these throughout the month on our social channels.
Calming Crafternoons
Find your inner creativity and join us on the last two Sundays of March for a crafternoon with The Flower Social complete with Lyre's cocktails and Botanist nibbles! Choose between making your own Dried Flower Embroidery Hoop or a Pressed Flower Frame.
The Mindful Club
Join our Botanist Mindful Club _through our Applejack App for weekly affirmations, exclusive content plus access to specials, competitions and more! Download the App and enter the code 'MINDFULMARCH' to join.
