In collaboration with Sofitel's own accomplished pastry chef, Lydia Schofield, the three talented individuals have created a stunning menu befitting the special day.

We will welcome you into the contemporary surrounds of Garcon Bleu with a unique tea-infused cocktail. Take your seat to savour three courses of savoury dishes, each paired with single-origin varieties of Dilmah's finest teas. An exquisite high tea will follow, featuring sweet items infused and inspired by tea.
