Meet your neighbours to plant trees in your local street and help grow our urban forest. All new street trees are carefully chosen to suit the site and local area. All planting holes will be dug before hand and all tools supplied. As a thank you for participating, you can enjoy a free sausage sizzle afterwards. You can also take home a free native plant. What to bring For your comfort and safety, wear sturdy shoes, a hat and sunscreen and your reusable water bottle. Streets to be planted include: Besley Street, Canterbury Street, Foxglove Street, Gatton Street, Hill Park Lane, Kentish Street, Mapleton Street, Nightingale Street, Pond Street and Tarrant Street.
