Welcome to a real culinary extravaganza - a fun and hands on cooking class.
If you live in Sydney, you are spoiled for choice with the wide variety of cuisines available at restaurants. Our culinary classes provide an opportunity to try something different. Each class will be dedicated to one of the world cuisines such as Azerbaijani, Georgian, Russian and many others.
We can help you to learn how to cook new dishes which you have probably never tried before. Culinary skills are always useful, because to feed loved ones with delicious dishes is priceless.
In the next class we will be making Qazan Kotleti, a delicious dish of Azerbaijani cuisine. Quite easy to prepare and one of the favorite dishes in Azerbaijan.
Ingredients:
Beef mince 500g
potatoes 3-4 medium
milk ½ cup
bread 2-3 slices (any)
onion 1 large
coriander 30 g
breadcrumbs for coating (3-4 tbsp)
capsicum 1 red, 1 green
tomatoes 500g fresh or tin
refined vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
butter 60 g
turmeric 1 tsp
salt to taste
