Bring a picnic to share with family and friends, including responsible amounts of alcohol
Capacity: 780 people
The exclusive ferry departs from Barangaroo. Meet with your ticket at Barangaroo Ferry Wharf 30 minutes before your ticketed departure time
You can't buy food or drinks on Goat Island, so you'll need to bring your own picnic dinner, snacks, and a responsible amount of alcohol.
There are limits to what you can bring to Goat Island, because of the ferry's restricted carrying capacity. You can bring hand luggage that you can carry on your lap on the trip to the island.
This is an all-weather event
Returning ferries depart Goat Island after the event at 12.30am and 1.15am on Sunday 1 January 2023
