Every year, schools across New South Wales are invited to participate in Operation Art, an initiative of The Children's Hospital at Westmead in association with the New South Wales Department of Education. The Operation Art program provides a forum for schools and students to demonstrate their visual arts achievements through exhibitions at the Armory Gallery, Sydney Olympic Park and the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
Armory Gallery Exhibition
Within Newington Armory, through the gates at the Armory Visitor Centre.
Dates:
- Open weekends and NSW Public School holidays 10am - 4pm
- Opening weekend 16/17 September
- School holidays - Open every day from Saturday 23 September to Sunday 8th October.
- 14 & 15 October
- 21 & 22 October
- 28 & 29 October
All entries submitted will be on display at the Armory Gallery so you can enjoy the creative talent of school students across NSW in person.
