Painting outdoors is a fun and engaging day of drawing and painting for 7-12 year olds.
Students will use easels to draw and paint outside like real artist! Inspired by the local landscape, they will learn about drawing techniques, explore several compositions and perspectives through a range of loose pencil sketches.
They will use acrylic paint to mix suitable colour blends for natural and built environments and use brushes and palette knives for different painting techniques.
These experiences will help the students make creative choices for their own landscape painting on a 30cm x 40cm stretched canvas which they will paint and complete on the day.
Cost includes Materials.
