The Grill at The International is excited to unveil a new pre-Vivid menu, designed for discerning diners who appreciate exceptional food and fine company before a night of music, theatre, and light.
Recently crowned #14 in the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants and awarded 2 Hats, The Grill's new Pre-Vivid menu is an elegant, time-conscious dining experience within walking distance of Sydney's major cultural institutions, and at the heart of Vivid's Martin Place BioDream activation.
Designed for those short on time but big on experience, the exclusive $95 offering curated by Culinary Director Joel Bickford invites guests to enjoy a 5-star, two-course menu with sides in The Grill's luxurious dining room before stepping out to soak up the best of Sydney's music, theatre, and cultural scene during Vivid 2025.
Reservations essential. Available daily, with sittings taking place exclusively at 5:30pm, 5:45pm, and 6:00pm. Your choice of one entrée, one main, and two classic sides.
