Chef Toby Wilson has made quite the name for himself in Sydney's taco scene as a well-researched and well-eaten ambassador for Mexican street food. You may have already eaten his deliciosos tacos at, Ghostboy Cantina, recently closed Taco King (RIP) at The George Hotel or Grifter Brewing Co.
We're partnering with him at Messina HQ, giving his food truck an ongoing home in our Rosebery carpark. We might not be able to have Messina Eats for the foreseeable future, but doesn't mean we can't bring hard-to-find eats to the people of Sydney.
No bookings, just turn up, grab your tacos, hover over a makeshift table and grab a scoop on the way out... if your clothes aren't stained with salsa roja, you're not doing it right.
